Jan Atchley Bevan

Jan Atchley Bevan was the Author in Residence of the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens for eight years as well as a Museum Educator and Literary Artist. She has a CD of poetry, entitled: “Heartstrings.” This unique combination of spoken word, chamber music and art is an example of the arts at their best.

Local artists such as Susanne Schuenke, and the photography of Ingrid Domioni enhance the poetry and spirit of this artis-tic work. “Heartstrings,” is being sold by example in the concert hall store of the Philharmonic Orchestra in Philadelphia, as well as at the Cummer Museum store here in Jacksonville.
