Phoebe D. Marner




She worked as a designer in the china and glassware industry (tabletop) for 20 years.  She is now an abstract painter using all types of water media in her paintings.  Currently she is combining this work with collage.

A Pen Woman since 1985, first in NY (Suffolk Branch) and then in Boca Raton FL where she was the 2000-2001 President. She was 2003 Conference Chair and interim VP of the FSA (Florida State Association). The following two years she served as second VP during Jeanne Rochford’s term as State President.  Since 2006 she has been in the Jacksonville Branch.

Phoebe is also a member of SoMMA (Society of Mixed Media Artists). She has several shows planned for 2010 and 2011.
