Fransesca Tabor-Miolla

Francesca is a published, award winning visual artist with a funky sense of humor and love of a good mystery.

Simply put...she is a seeker, wanderer, painter and maker of magical things.

She is a past president of the Jacksonville Watercolor Society, the Society of Mixed Media Artists and President and Founder of the Bear Foundation, Inc.

She works for the protection and welfare of animals and believes it is our responsibility to help those who cannot speak for themselves.
